As a member of the Better Business bureau the company supports Business self- regulation efforts by resolving legitimate customer complaints, adhering to sound advertising guidelines and abiding by the B.B.B. code of ethics.

According to Bureau files Ben Kersen & the Wonderdogs was established in January, 1979 and has been on Bureau files since 1985. Better Business Bureau reliability reports cover a 3 year reporting period. There is one complaint on file in February, 2000 that has been resolved.

Our file experience indicates that this company has a satisfactory rating with this Bureau. To have a satisfactory record with the Bureau, a company must be in business for at least 12 months, properly and promptly address any matters referred by the Bureau, be free from an unusual volume or pattern of complaints, AND any law enforcement action involving its marketplace conduct. In addition, the Bureau must have a clear understanding of the company's business and no concerns about its industry.
